At Honeycomb Aeronautical, we stand by the precision and quality of our flight simulation hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the RMA process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the product and all included accessories back into the original Honeycomb packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
